7 Important Steps in Choosing an MLM or Network Mktg. Company

I am sure you are anxious to see these seven steps, so let's get right to it, shall we.

UNIQUE PRODUCTS - What factors go into making a product unique? First of all, there is no point in marketing a product that only a small percentage of the people are interested in. It has to be a product that will appeal to the masses. I also recommend that you go with a patented product, so that it cannot be easily copied.

SUPPORT NETWORK - What type of training program does the Company provide? This is important, because as a new person you will need all the guidance you can get. The training you receive should be free and it should prepare you well for your future success. The Company should also keep you well informed of any changes as soon as they occur, so that you can quicky make necessary adjustments.

SOLID MARKETING SYSTEM - It's very unfortunate, but most Companies have dismal marketing systems, if they have one at all. The burden usually falls on the sponsor and if you are not lucky enough to have a knowledgeable and successful sponsor who is willing and able to teach you his methods, then you are going to be floundering in the dark. Also, if you happen to have one of the top earners as a sponsor, it can be intimidating because you might feel you are not able to do what he has done. What you need is a Company that provides a marketing system that will run itself.

QUALITY AND SOLID COMPANY MANAGEMENT - Make sure you check out the founders of the Company and all the people they have hired in executive positions. Are these people highly qualified in their field? What are the Company plans for the future? What is their vision statement?

GLOBAL REACH - These days business is conducted on a worldwide scale on the internet. Can the Company's product line be expanded into other countries? Just because they could logistically expand, does not mean that the product would be viable in those countries. You want to search for a Company that has a product that not only appeals internationally but that will prove to be successful regardless of where the people live.

COMPENSATION PLAN & INCENTIVES - Some people are so impressed with the product line, that they neglect to spend time examining the compensation plan. This could end up being a costly mistake. As an example, say your goal was to eventually make $5,000 a month. One company might state that to accomplish this, you would need 400 people on your team. However, the requirements of another company might be 550 people. This is important information for you to have, especially if the products are very similiar. When you are armed with these types of statistics, it is much easier to make an informed decision.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY - DO THEY SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY - Is the Company involved in any philanthropic programs? Are they trying to make the world a better place to live in some small way? If they are not, then they are not likely to be very giving and considerate when dealing with their own associates and salespeople.

It has been reported by many financial experts, such as Donald Trump, Paul Zane Pilzer and Robert Kiyosaki, that there are going to be more millionaires created in the next ten years, than at any other time in history. Do you want to be one of those new millionaires? If your answer is yes, then you need to do the necessary research when choosing an MLM or network marketing company. Success will be that much closer for you, if you follow through and do this.
