I don't think that I can ever forget all the stories that my father used to tell about working on the farm from the time he was a young guy. Even though the stories may not be exactly accurate, the fact that he did try to help us appreciate the value of good work as teens is true. These days more and more teens avoid this concept in their lives.

Because finding a job isn't that hard, encourage teens to keep good work ethics while they are there. These ethics that they start when they are young will stick with them for the rest of their lives. That is why it is so important to start encouraging teens now to start out on the right foot.
But on the other side of the coin, there are alreay many different teens out there making a name for themselves with their own businesses. Whether it is online or out of their home, it is surprising how many teens are already starting spreading their fame with their businesses.
